Before building his entrepreneurial journey, Prashant spent more than 10 years working with some of India’s leading multinational companies, including HCL, Wipro, Convergys, and EXL. During his corporate career, he worked across Sales, Customer Service, and Training, gaining valuable experience in business communication, customer interaction, presentation skills, employee training, and professional development. This corporate exposure gave him a deep understanding of how effective communication directly influences confidence, leadership, customer relationships, and business growth.

Over the years, Prashant realized that while many professionals possess excellent knowledge and expertise, they often struggle to express themselves naturally and confidently—especially when speaking on camera.
